Litos (referred to as “Litos”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy), a partner of Shopify Inc. provides Shopify Apps (the “App”) as well as relevant consulting and supporting services (the “Services”) for merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information & customers’ information when you use the service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.


When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify APIs and complied with Shopify APIs License and Terms of Use.

Additionally, we may collect Personal Data about you when you voluntarily provide such information, including from the following categories and sources:

– Your store name and store email address

– Customers’ email address

– Information we receive when providing technical or customer support for you.

  • Generate and save app configurations for your store 
  • Contact with you to resolve your problem when using our app
  • Use to run some features on our app
  • Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services

Your personal & customer data will be stored on the server of Litos until you send a cancellation request or uninstall our app from your store.


Litos is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. Litos has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online.

We use cookies to generate app configuration information for your store and identify which pages are being used.

  • Right to be informed: You are entitled to know whether we hold your Personal Information and the purpose your Personal Information is processed.
