They focus on premium, pipe-connected drinking water filters for kitchens while also offering solutions for showers, camping, and outdoor use. Their mission combines decades of expertise with environmentally conscious practices to deliver clean, refined drinking water. To showcase their product quality and expertise, Vitalhelden needed a Shopify storefront that would feel polished, modern, and engaging.

The build had to be done on a team-recommended theme, which required extensive customization to match Vitalhelden’s premium and eco-conscious branding. Adding custom animations and a large-scale mega menu while keeping the site responsive and optimized for SEO and product upsells was a core challenge. Every enhancement had to balance aesthetics, functionality, and performance.

Shopify UX/UI Design: We developed the Vitalhelden storefront on Shopify, designing a clean and professional layout that reflects the brand’s expertise and quality. Image-driven sections were enhanced with subtle animations to create a dynamic, engaging browsing experience, while the homepage was structured to highlight key products and categories clearly.

Mega Menu Implementation: To help customers navigate the wide product range, we built a robust mega menu. This organized the filters, kitchen solutions, and outdoor products into clear categories, making it effortless for users to find exactly what they need.

App Integrations: We integrated Shopify apps to support marketing campaigns, SEO enhancements, product upselling, and backend management. Each app was carefully configured to ensure seamless compatibility with the custom features and animations.

Discovery phase: We worked closely with the Vitalhelden team to understand their brand’s positioning, product categories, and visual priorities. This phase included mapping out the mega menu structure, identifying key homepage sections, and defining animation styles that would enhance but not distract from the shopping journey.

Development phase: With the design plan in place, we customized the chosen Shopify theme, implemented the mega menu, built the interactive animations, and set up essential apps.
